Which Color Is Your Macaron? - Pastry Gems From A Little Shop

This is what I make at that little store with white washed tin wall and very little space to move around. I make them in pastel colors and sometimes bold. I taste every ganache filling before we put them together. We make seasonal flavors and as well as our well-loved classic samplers. Sweet Simplicity, as one journalist described when we were featured in a recent community magazine. 

Most of our customers and friends of the shop say we make one of the best French Macarons and pastries in the area. Thank you. We cannot please every customer who try our macarons, but for the customers who see and appreciate the great amount of care, detail and attention we put in to each sweet concoction, you are all the reason why we continue to make them as we always have committed to make them with one goal - to be one of NYC's finest and as french as French Macarons can be.
