Tarte Amandine aux Abricots (Apricot Almond Cream Tart


Summer fruits are so abundant you can just enjoy them by themselves or make them into your favorite tarts. You can opt to use a pate brisee or pate sucree. For this weekend's pie I chose to make Apricot Tart with Almond Cream on a pate sucree dough. The pastry shop just smelled so good everyday. Thanks to a great neighborhood who loves what we do. Why we do it? we just love to make them happy!
