Getting Peachy ... with Peach Almond Galette

When an idea strikes me looking at a fruit my mind starts to run wild. I wanted to make a light pastry  with good texture and flavors. So between a cup of tea and looking at the fruit and wanting to make  a quick dessert comes the peachy Peach Almond Galette. Very rustic. The dough is so flaky, crumbles in your mouth. The almond and tart peaches just complement very well. I would say a lemon sorbet from MALU's would go so well with this. Make one!
