Gluten-Free Chocolate Mousse 
This decadent dessert is made of dark chocolate mousse and layers of flourless chocolate sponge cake. The glaze is a dark chocolate miroir glaze.

A sphere of white chocolate mousse enrobed with a dark chocolate ganache





One bite and you'll get hooked!
