Cupcake Fancy

There are endless possibilities what you can do when decorating cupcakes. Last weekend my mini cupcakes were served for a small party and these were the flavors I came up with..

- Chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache swirl and gold chocolate shavings

- Vanilla Cake with pistachio cream and ground pistachios

- strawberry flavored cake with elderflower buttercream and mini strawberries

They taste divine. Simple. Satisfying. Single bit or two... They are perfect for parties.
