Birthday Cake and Macarons
I felt very privileged to make the cake for someone celebrating her 75th birthday so I wanted to make sure that the cake looks classy and as classy as the celebrant.
2 tiered red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. fresh roses adored the big cake and carnations for the small cake. Sugar pearls bordered the cake. Favor boxes of macarons were also made - dark chocolate, pistachio, red currant, black currant, and passionfruit.
