Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice!

Here's a fun way to make holiday treats for Thanksgiving or even days for that.. I know, I'm a little bit ahead of doing this one but this is a fuzz free preparation. These are Pumpkin Spice Meringue jointed together by Milk Chocolate and a Speculoos Cookie Decor. They look like straight out of a Hansel & Gretel fairytale story, which was basically the source of inspiration for this creation. They look rustic and easy project for the holidays. You can color and flavor the French Meringue with anything you wish, or even decorate the Speculoos cookie with royal icing.
