Wedding Cake Tasting

Today I met a lovely couple about to be married and privileged to prepare cakes for the wedding happening soon. A chocolate baileys espresso bean, ganache red currant jam and fresh raspberry, a chocolate banana custard with chocolate espresso bean - the couple loves chocolate.
