A 3 feet by 10 inch Diameter Yule Log

The year ended with an awesome project. I was asked to make a humongous Buche de Noel 3 feet long and 10" diameter. 

The production staggered for 3 days starting with baking the layers and resting them in the fridge. 2nd day spent making the buttercream and ganache and baking the meringue mushrooms. On the third day - assembly and decorating and bringing the cake to the venue. 

It was an awesome event and truly honored to work on that Buche de Noel.
