A Stunningly Gorgeous Flourless Chocolate Cake

Once in a while a decorated cake stands out. This is one. I made this for a client who wanted to make one of her staff, who was expecting, to let her know that she is well loved by the whole organization. 

A flourless chocolate cake covered with dark chocolate ganache, chocolate flakes. loads of raspberries and a thin layer of raspberry jam underneath the top layer of the cake. Rose petals frosted in sugar and glitter to garnish.
