Celebrating at 95!!!
I was recently asked to make a birthday cake for a celebrant turning 95! Celebrations like this can really be delicate in a sense that the expectations are high. People care so much about what they want to give to their loved ones. Thus, it is important to be paying attention to details.
The cake is made of genoise, lemon curd and cream. It is covered with a thin layer of buttercream and crushed coconut meringue. The cake sparkles with rainbow dust. Delicate pink cherry blossom flowers adorn the cake.
