Red Berries, Chocolate and Marzipan
Infinite possibilities. Here is a cake made with layers of sponge cake brushed with rose syrup, red currant buttercream, raspberry compote, dark chocolate ganache, creme chantilly and then covered with marzipan. A small cake that packs a punch.
