Guinness Cake for St. Patrick's Day

Jazz up that Guiness Cake! It's a good treat for St. Patrick's Day. Layer up a chocolate cake with Guinness Beer, of course, an espresso buttercream for the filling. Top it with creme chantilly. Wrap the cake with a molded dark chocolate. Add a few shavings of chocolate, chopped pistachios and a few slices of fruit. nom nom!!!
