A Weekend Of Baking
I got fairly busy last week baking french macarons and other pastries for catering events. I take the time to snap a quick photo or two of what I've made and taste them as well. Since there's so much to try I split them with my coworker and we evaluate. That's how we improve with our baking skills. So far so good.
