Make Them Festive Cupcakes!

There's hundreds of ways to decorate a cupcake to suit the mood and occasion. And since it's Christmas here is my suggestion - make them look like mini christmas trees. Use a large star piping tip, make sure your buttercream is fluffy and is slightly cool to hold its shape. 

Pipe the icing as you would do a soft-serve ice cream to make them look like this (below). Sprinkle some sugar pearls and voila! easy does it.

No matter how simple they are for a cupcake you can still make them festive with good amount of inspiration and imagination.
