THE CHOCOLATE WEDDING CAKE

Mid November, a good friend got married and they had asked me to make their wedding cake. It's such a great honor. Everything dark chocolate. And Valrhona.. Because it has to be memorable. It always feels like being part of the celebration because the cake you created represented you. That was your role in the celebration. A silent guest.
