MAKE 'EM SHINE!


I am currently developing recipes and making sure that i get the basics right.  Chocolate ganache at its right temperature for glazing gives that glossy finish you can see your reflection on it. True! Plus it makes the cake look great, fancy! The layers of this cake were filled with chocolate ganache as well. The glaze has a little bit of corn syrup which keeps the chocolate fluid until it sets.
