An Art Library Wedding Cake

This is the last wedding cake for the season. The wedding venue was at Brooklyn Art Library. 

The sky-high wedding cake has 3 flavors -

The top tier is a tea flavored cake signature to Harney and Sons. The tea is called Citron Green. It is a blend of green tea and citron infusion. 

The middle tier is another tea flavored cake signature to Harney and Sons. The tea is called Paris. The floral black tea is just divine. This tea I highly recommend. 

The base tier is a rich Valrhona chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache. 

The tiers have been lightly frosted with Italian buttercream. 

It's been a great year for wedding cakes and I'm surely looking forward to making more next year!
