Gluten-Free!
These are very easy dessert composition - an almond dacqouise, a sponge cake made of almond flour with some berries, and a chocolate mousse in it the almond dacqouise and red berry compote (just a mix of red berries cooked together) and a small helping of soft chocolate ganache to seal the deal!
Garnish and presentation also plays a role so always make your dessert look beautiful!
