Gender Reveal Cake

I think it's a novel idea that some excepting parents want to celebrate when they will know the gender of their forth coming bundle of joy. I've been asked to make quite a lot of the so called Gender Reveal Cake and it's so much fun. I get to know the gender of the baby first before the parents! That is such a privilege!  

The color of the cake layers reveal what gender the baby will be.. it could be pink or blue or colors that the baker and the expecting parent would agree on. The decoration is usually just plain or something that is modest and it could elaborate provided the parents will have no idea what it's going to be... until they slice the cake!
