A fine Collection of Summer 2014 Pastries
This summer has been quite productive with so many pastries I've made at the shop. A wide variety of mousse and traditional cakes were made. The theme for this summer is to celebrate the abundance of berries (my favorite) and blooms, particularly roses.
Here are the best photos of some of the summer pastries so far. Enjoy viewing!
Here are Cherry Raspberry and Red Currant Mousse and a Blueberry, Blackberry and Black Currant Mousse. The colors are zoo vibrant and sharp.
I called this English Roses and Vanilla Cake. Stunning. Light. Fresh.
The roses just looked so natural. They were fragrant. Blemished and yet so stunningly beautiful.
Here are the petite blueberry and Vanilla Raspberry Mousses. Perfect serving portion. Delicate flavors and unusually light. They sit on a shortbread cookie so delicate as well. Great Flavors!
Summer is Black Cherry season as well.
Enjoy life. Enjoy summer. Eat pastries!
