Scott's Flour-less Chocolate Cake



 This is just a simple flour-less chocolate cake however it is so decadent. Using the best ingredients you can have - dark chocolate, cocoa powder, european-style butter, extra-fine sugar and fresh eggs, make a whole lot of difference in the end product. Baked in silicone molds for 15 minutes just so the ingredients bake into an extra-rich cake that is so moist and fudge-like texture.  The cake is left to set in the fridge overnight and then carefully un-molded. 

For this version of the same cake, I thought I'd decorate it candied rose petals (frosted sugar with rose water) with a delicate floral scent.

This cake is dedicated to a friend who loves chocolate and chocolate cakes.
