Strawberry Charlotte, tu es merveilleuse!







It's a New Year, and it calls for a new cake! The Classic Charlotte reinterpreted with fresh berries; frosted, sparkled, and the filling made even lighter.

The base is a french meringue layered with a very light vanilla crème pâtissière, rose and elderflower syrup macerated strawberry slices, a layer of genoise cake and then the whole cake is covered with lightly sweetened whipped cream and Ladyfingers. Each rosette of whipped cream is topped with Frosted Fresh Cranberries.

Festive and quite stunning to look at!
