The Sugar Hippie Got Busy... humbly posting the pictures

We were commissioned to make 2 birthday cakes by a customer - for her daughter's 1st birthday and her father in-law's. The cake for the daughter had 3-tiers, 4 layers of vanilla cake in each tier, filled with fresh strawberries and strawberry compote, a layer of strawberry buttercream covered the cake and then covered again with vanilla buttercream for a smooth finish. Fresh flowers were provided by Floresta. Beautiful deep pink peonies. Unfortunately I forgot my ever reliable phone I could have taken more pictures of the cake. Good thing my coworker gladly took a picture..just one. The next cake would be a Red Velvet Cake filled with Cream Cheese and then frosted with Vanilla Buttercream. Both cakes were looking so grand. The customer was happy. And thus, a happy sugar hippie.
