Ferrero Rocher Gateau

The holidays is just around the corner and things are getting sweeter and festive!

So here's one cake I made for my boss' birthday. 

A layer of mousse is set in between 2 layers of almond sponge cake and then covered with vanilla whipped cream. 

A generous mound of Ferrero Rocher truffles dusted with gold highlight to decorate. 

The sides of the cake are covered with shaved chocolate.
